  • We will not share or sell any information with third parties, where required e.g. in order to process payments, ordering of products and arranging for delivery.
  • We will not share or resell your personal information to other entities.
  • We will retain all information for as long as required, and comply with all data retention related acts enforced in South Africa.
  • We will erase unwanted personal information securely and carefully, as and when required.
  • We use reasonable security methods to protect your information to encode personal information that you send to us through any of our online portals.
  • Although every effort is taken to keep your information secure, we cannot guarantee that all transmission of information over the Internet is secure.

Please read the terms and conditions detailed below carefully first before transacting with Mia Bella Marketing. By ordering any products from Mia Bella Marketing and from this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The following terms and conditions apply to customers within South Africa only.
Confirmed Order Placement

•    Payment must be received before any products and goods will be procured and issued for delivery.
•    Mia Bella Marketing uses the latest and most secure technology and software for all its transactions with its customers.
•    We will not be responsible if there are any losses incurred by customers whose credit card is fraudulently used on our website or elsewhere.

Ordering Process

•    Once an order has been placed and completed online, and payment has been successful, the order will be approved within 48 hours, before the procurement and delivery process for any goods and products can commence.

Shipping Methods and Fees

•    These are provided to you at the time of the purchase being finalised.
•    Delivery and returns terms and conditions are detailed below.
•    Mia Bella Marketing will endeavour to ensure that all products being sold on their website are available and can be supplied to you in the specified delivery timeframes, however, we cannot be responsible in instances when stock is not available from our vendors.In these instances, we will communicate with you directly the various options, including offering you a full cash refund if so required.

Cancelling of Orders

•    Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled.
•    If an order has been added to a shopping cart and not yet paid for, it means that the order has not yet been finalised, and the order may be cancelled by removing items from the shopping cart.

Errors in Content and Pricing

•    Mia Bella Marketing ensures that to the best of their ability, that all content including product description(s), specifications and prices are accurate, however, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions and specifications are 100% accurate as we received this information from our vendors.
•    All our products have a product description as well as an image.  The images are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual item. We will always try to ensure that the correct image is displayed for each product.
•    We cannot guarantee stock availability at all times.
•    We also cannot guarantee pricing.  If you have purchased an item that is no longer in stock, or the price has changed, we will offer you a 100% cash refund or an alternative option.
•    The cost of the product and delivery charges are provided at the time when the order is processed on the website. Every attempt is made to ensure that the correct pricing has been provided, however we reserve the right to alter any information or prices at any time without prior notice.
•    As indicated, should the price of a product change after you have purchased and paid for the product, we will offer you the option of an alternative or full cash refund.

•    The Mia Bella Marketing website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

•    In accessing the Mia Bella Marketing website you agree that you will access the content solely for viewing and purchasing requirements.

Mia Bella Marketing Delivery T & C’s
Please take note of the following delivery terms and conditions:
•    Delivery charges and delivery times are provided to you, at the time of purchase.
•    These charges are based on size and quantity of the products, and the required delivery location. Additional delivery charges will apply to remote areas.
•    Delivery on public holidays and weekends or before and after working hours will incur additional costs.
•    We will endeavour to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe, which are provided at the time of purchase, however, we cannot guarantee delivery times and we will contact you if there are any issues regarding delivery dates of products and goods.You will be given the option to cancel the order if so required, and you will receive a voucher.
•    If incorrect address/details have been provided, we will not be held responsible for delivery timelines, and all costs incurred will be covered by you.
•    All orders placed will receive a tracking number and your order can be monitored online for progress. You will be regularly updated as to delivery progress.
•    Upon receipt of the goods, you will be required to inspect the package and goods to ensure that they are intact and in good condition before signing the receipt of delivery.
•    Should the product or goods contained in the package be damaged, please do not accept delivery of the goods and follow all steps in our “Damaged Goods Policy”.
•    Once goods have been delivered to you, and you have signed the delivery note, the ownership of the goods is now transferred to you.
•    We are not liable if goods or property are damaged or people are injured, due to use of the products purchased from us.
•    Mia Bella Marketing does not manufacture any of the products sold on their website, and hence does not or cannot accept responsibility on behalf of the vendor who has supplied the relevant product.
•    In the event of a lost or stolen order, the onus remains on the buyer to ensure insurance is requested on all shipments.



Damaged Goods Policy

•    All goods to be inspected before acceptance. 
•    Please notify the delivery driver as well as Mia Bella Marketing , via mail, of damaged goods, within 24 hours of receipt. Do not sign the delivery note, and mark invoice as “damaged goods”.
•    Please assist us by taking a picture of the package and contents and email this to us.
•    We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss replacement of all damaged goods.
•    Should you subsequently discover that the goods are damaged (upon opening and attempting to use the goods) please can you inform us immediately of such, in writing, to info@smartartdigitalmarketing.co.za. 
•    Failure to report any damages within 24 hours of receipt will be at the discretion of Mia Bella Marketing to accept or decline. 

Returns & Exchange Policy
Please take note of our Returns and exchange terms and conditions:
•    All products that are no longer required and are to be returned, carry a 10% handling fee and all delivery costs are to be borne by the customer.
•    The product must not be damaged or used and must still be in its original packaging and condition, with all accessories, manuals, guidelines, parts, packaging, etc. – ie: in a re-sellable condition.
•    All original invoices must be returned to Mia Bella Marketing.
•    No product can be returned for a full cash refund if it has been more than 7 days after delivery. In this case a “store credit” will be offered to be used at any time online.
•    We reserve the right to refuse a return, if our conditions have not been met.
•    No cash refunds will be provided.
